In today’s video, we are at slurry as we try to get it spread on the grazing ground although it turns out to be a problematic day, we then move on to a re-seding job as we get the ground ready for grass seed.

Something very therapeutic watching a field getting power harrowed. I had the same experience on a 565 with an 1100g tank. Safe to say that part of our field got slurried twice 😬

Lovely looking soil, Gerry. Good that the stones are only a few big ones. Know from bitter experience what a back breaking job it can be lifting many football sized ones on a sow out...😩😰😂

@@gerry6420 I have no doubt. I had an experience on a dumper one time where she went for a wheel on the back wheels. Luckily she came down in front and not flipped over. Walking like John Wayne afterwards.

Are you putting grass with the red clover? Been growing ryegrass and red clover leys for over 20 years makes good silage protein from clover and sugar from grass 👌. Don't need fertiliser muck/slurry does the job

Is there a good post emergence spray for the red clover like the clover safe spray for ordinary grass? .they wont be many puddles in that field anyways

Jerry I started this morning in me Bed in Kewdale Perth Western Australia watching Farmer Phil spreading shit and 15 hrs later and moved 140 kms watching you still spreading shit I must be mad + the Red clover could be a hure for bloat
