Captain Blue and Destiny Angel pilot the brand new Mercury shuttle into orbit. Their mission - to deploy a satellite that will be able to detect Mysteron energy on Mars. When the shuttle veers out of control, a ransom demand arrives and it is up to Captain Scarlet to seek out the truth - before the shuttle is plunged into Washington DC.
