We're playing an arrangement on Hillsongs 'The Power of Your Love' by Gert, recorded on the Sampleset of the Marcussen organ in Rotterdam which is one of the largest instruments in the Netherlands.
I hope you'll enjoy this recording of Hillsongs 'The Power of Your Love' - a transcription by Gert, played by Gert van Hoef and Paul Fey, recorded on the pipe organ sampleset in Rotterdam.

Paul Fey, I'm so glad you are playing together with my one of my favorite organists Gert van Noef. You are both in a league by yourselves. Now, we are going to have to all chip in and buy Paul a good pair of soft souled pro organ shoes. I've seen Gert play with all kinds of shoes, including sneakers of all things. Not all organists can pull this off. An organist footwear is so important. I know one famous organist that hand crafts his one of a kind organ shoes. All the best to both of you!

How wonderful! The ensemble of the two performers perfectly conveyed the grandeur and emotion of the song. Listening to the organ play makes my heart resonate and I realize the power of music once again. Each performer's outstanding skills and passion for music made the song even more special. Tja, mag schon sein das Gert sehr viel geübt hat, was sicher unumstritten ist. Jedoch glaube auch ich das dies Talent auch ein sehr großes Geschenk Gottes an Gert ist um den Menschen zu zeigen das auch Christliche Lieder wie dieses oder What a friend we have in jesus oder Dankt nu allen God super auf der Orgel zu spielen sind und halt noch mal eine andere Klangvielfalt entwickeln können. Ich habe mir über CCLI gleich das Lied in Bb und C Dur ausgedruckt um es früher oder später in der Kirche im Gottesdienst als Eingangsstück zu spielen. Es hört sich einfach bombastisch an. Und toll das es Gert gibt der auf der Orgel nicht nur Klassik fabriziert. Gefällt mir echt super.
