Amazing interview millcity 💯 but compare rolly to ryan just because rolly hold a bit more and won a couple of rounds don’t mean nothing because tank didn’t study rolly as hard has he done ryan. He knew ryan was a problem with that left hook and I don’t think he train as hard for rolly he knew rolly wasn’t that fighter realistically. I remember tank in his early pro fights saying that he would like to fight Ryan he kinda admire ryan. Ppl say ryan was first to call out tank but was the total opposite tank was the to want that fight before ppl knew who tank is.

That’s what I tell people only a few fighters I seen do what they do in training and sparring in the ring. Ali, Tyson, Roy, sugar, mayweather, Tank . Just off the top of my head. Go look at there training before the fight then watch the fight and you will see why I said that. Ryan do all that fancy stuff but you can’t do that in the ring. Ain’t no fancy when the bell ring and you get punched

Ill tell you what Ryan did wrong in the 2nd round. First Ryans team decides to put it on Tank early. 2nd He followed Tank around the ring, and his footwork is inferior to Tanks. He throws three consecutive left hooks to a guy who is downloading data on you looking for patterns. If you recall Tanks words on Leo Santa Cruz, I cant believe Leo threw three right hand shots. Then Tank KO's Leo. Ryan threw three left hooks, Tank timed him on the last hook and dropped him. In my opinion, Tank had already worked out that he would get the body shot, Ryan was shooting high all night and with that soft body. Hell, we are where we are today. In fact I believe that was one of his easier fights.

I disagree when Tank said that shot Ryan caught him with didn't hurt him, from what I seen, it did, otherwise, Tank wouldn't have been holding Ryan like that and spinning him around in a 360. Ryan was ready to start cracking at Tank but to Tanks credit, he pulled a veteran move by holding him... Big respect to both fighters tho...

That is the one thing Tank does not get credit for, his beard! He has never been rocked OR hurt! I've never seen him do a 2 step either! He is a COMPLETE fighter! That does not mean he will retire undefeated, but it's gonna take a boxer with MORE than just skill to take him out! If there is ANYONE that has a chance, it's Shakur! I can't say that I see him doing it, but he has the best chance! Haney just does not hit hard enough to make Tank respect him. Tank will walk him down and punish him!

Good points made. Some people talking nonsense like Ryan was easy for Tank, but many of them want to diminish the accomplishment. Ryan showed that he was the most dangerous opponent Tank has fought. He has very quick hands, he's aggressive and hits very hard. Sure, he lacks the timing and ring IQ of Tank but he was the biggest threat Tank has faced, but he passed the test.
