You can get exactly this on any pc. Depending on your pc it’ll Problably have an abysmal frame rate but you’ll be able to see it nonetheless.

I have a gaming pc and I still choose to play on switch. I cannot turn off the distracting waving trees on pc, and I play controller .... if I played mouse keyboard I would play pc...but just try controller on pc, the aim assist is literally non functional even at close range with smg and shotgun. The graphics prove to distract more than help...i use 27' gaming monitor+procontroller though ofc
