Frankly speaking if you DON´T KNOW German language very well and have NO EXPERIENCE as an engineer it´s not the easiest game to get a JOB IN GERMANY.
BUT: There are STILL WAYS to take the FIRST STEP into industry!
If your German is on an A2 level and you just have student experiences, you should follow this SALES APPROACH:
→ Show your MOTIVATION and FLEXIBILITY to the companies
→ Talk about your UNIQUENESS
→ And show that you are CLEAR about your GOALS
This is the way CAREER STARTERS get HIRED!
What I then often see as problems: Freshers are NOT CLEAR about their EXACT goals, DON´T KNOW their uniqueness and CAN´T SHOW their motivation towards companies.
So, if you´re lacking ALL THESE SKILLS in terms of selling yourself, you DON´T GET a job in Germany.
The GOOD NEWS is: Those skills you can LEARN in a relatively SHORT TIME period, so to say in 2-3 months - depending on how fast you implement.
