Have positive inner conversations with them in your mind or imagination. You don’t have to do a whole lot except believe, persist, and relax. For me, relaxing was the hardest part but whenever I get my shit together and calm down, I always see big movement. Every single time.

Update! For anyone that struggles thinking of scenarios on their own, imagine this: You’re walking down the street with them, hand in hand and they turn to you and smile as you keep walking along.
