Motley Crue were backstage watching this performance and thinking to themselves, "Oh shit, how the hell are we going to top this?"

Nah, I don't think they knew they had a show that night.

Wow! I was at this show! Loudness blew Motley Crue off the stage. It was a very hot day. Thanks for uploading these!

They can never blow Crue of the stage as they lack great songs and they are not Vince, NIKKI, Tommy & Mars, NEVER.

I used to interview punk bands for fanzines and every single one of them who toured with their Japanese counterparts would say how ashamed they were to contemplate their lax rehearsal schedule when conversation revealed that it was common for Japanese bands to rehearse 6 days a week-- even teenager's punk and hardcore bands! They were all blown away by the dedication there to being as tight as possible, y'know, what was considered normal in Japanese underground/alternative music culture. They just take it all very seriously. Even the crusty punk D-beat bands! I can't wait to go back to Japan-- such great music scenes, of all genres. There's always a gig on somewhere. I miss Japan so much. Cheers for this upload.

Damn! These guys sound just as good as their album, very impressive!!!👏👏👏
Akira was the decades most overlooked player. He was the perfect blend of Van Halen and Randy Rhoads with his own style mixed in. HUGELY underrated player.
@knightfall93944 жыл бұрын
overlooked because they pretty much lost their US record deal after this and i wouldnt say they wrote accessible music for the masses. Akiras a great player and definitely should’ve been a household name but you can literally pin point influences and hear them big time in his music its not just evh & randy there’s some gary moore and blackmore in the mix too
@michaelputignano83673 жыл бұрын
@@knightfall9394 I firmly believe they let the LA glam scene take over their thinking because that's what they were being told by a bunch of loser LA industry people. Destroyed their career in America.
@MyDarkExplorations2 жыл бұрын
Their style was their own, even with the influences forced on them by coming to America. You simply cannot compare originals because they are all unique.

Ritchie Blackmore & Gary Moore also should be in the brend.

They are touring the US in 2022. I'm planning on seeing them if I can get in the venue. I saw video that M.C. gave them some difficulty in NYC regarding costuming on this tour "just because". At the time they didn't speak much English. Not sure now. Cultures are very different. I'm wondering how they felt traveling around meeting fans all over. The Japanese people are shy and don't show much emotion. My mother is Japanese and my cousins live in Tokyo 🌸.
