About not sleeping on the basics I have faves when it comes to lunch lately and it's simplicity that slaps. My favourite basic lunch is Avo on toast with a slice of tomato Or peanut butter with sliced banana's. I sometimes add an egg on the avo sandwich or apples with peanut butter sandwich, we're sleeping on simplicity and we shouldn't

Hey mama for pots try tefal pots and pans. I’ve had mind for 5 years now and they are still good. What’s nice with them is if they get scratched you can take them back to the factory and they can repaint/spray them.

a little hack i always do is dip the fish in a tiny bit of flour just to give the oil something to grab on ..help when u don't have a none stick pan ..always nice chilling with khay

I think a lot of people have the wrong mindset towards healthy eating/ food(honestly I was one of them) but knowledge is key hey. Learning more about what you put into your body , why their important and what benefits you get makes a huge difference/contribution to how their taste 🤣🤣🤣(we’ll that’s what I think) Don’t die (literally) because of lake of knowledge, learn child of God Learn.
