Two questions, should business assets be counted in the price? For example a company that has 5 business trucks, valued all at 20k each, should you pay 100k more for the business since you’ll be acquiring those 5 vehicles in addition to the revenue. And if the owner does operate it, which I know isn’t the theme of discussion here, should the owners “salary” be as part of the “profit” if it’s going to end up being removed if you were to bring on a operator to take the owners place?

Great video! I’m a newbie and agree that building that rapport with the business owner. Here’s my question. Why would any owner looking to sell that is an established company making great profit margins sell to someone who’s never owned a business? I see why rapport is probably how it happens but someone like me has nothing and no experience to back up what I’m trying to do. So if I find a business to buy and need help with the process, is Abraham able to help with a 50/50 split? Just want to make sure I understand what was said. I’d be open to buying cleaning companies, gyms, Landscaping/Lawn-care, or HVAC , Car Wash, Home Improvement equipment rental that have been in the game at least 10 years with great profit margins. I’m in the twin cities area in Minnesota.
