I've called to your call centre 10*, I've written you 4 emails, I've spent few hours on your chat, now for the first time with agent and he left the chat. Should I go to Budapest or should I sue you? Is it that big problem to connect money on your account with my reservation? Now a lady told me that my reservation code doesn't exist, well it existed in the morning, maybe a guy ignoring me in the chat deleted it?

they canceled the flight back in September last year, Bove-Gdansk, promised to return the expenses for travel, food, hotel, sent them all the checks, they are still considering the case and returning the funds, looking for various excuses. I do not recommend 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I'm unhappy with the service I received on my @WizzAir flight W62367 from Budapest to Paris. I didn't get any notification to check in online and was charged fees. However, a Hungarian man in the queue didn't have to pay. Doesn't seem fair to me. Hoping for a refund. #CustomerService

Hi WizzAir. I've booked a flight from Athens to Milan and back and you rescheduled the return flight prior the arrival. There is no flight so I can rebook it but I still want to use the flight from Athens to Milan. Will it be canceled if I don't attend the Milan-Athens flight?

Hi Kallia, you can still use the return flight even if you did not use the outbound flight. Have a safe flight!

Wizz air website messed up my ticket 27 days ago I made a complaint on the website I even call on the customer service and they said to wait A response for my complaint even though I told them tomorrow is my flight and nobody is willing to help me.

Can anyone give me a link to Wizzair "welfare"? This company (I don't have words to call them) sent me a letter in response to my complain asking to write a complain in their "welfare" section. But there is no such section on their webpage and the search shows nothing! I'm going to sue them but I cannot send them a complain before that. They denied me to get on board to Bulgaria, though I have an opened Shengen visa. I lost thousands euro because of that. I got no any written explanation. I was driven out with nothing. And I cannot complain on their webpage because it is impossible!

the worst flight company i have ever use they forced me to pay extra money at the airport for no reason and saying to me you are gonna give it back later and now they are sending me emails that you can not refund me (btw the extra fees was more money than the flight ticket)the worst flight i hope wizz air close soon because i am not the only one they have scamed i know a lot of people with the same problem.

2 дня назад сотрудники аэропорта Кутаиси не пустили меня на рейс WizzAir не имея никаких оснований на это! Тупость и хамство этих сотрудников я ощутила на себе в полной мере. Я приводила доказательства правомерности моего полёта, но они не собирались вникать в суть. Позднее выяснилось, что они приравняли условия всех стран Балтии, тут же утверждая, что в каждой стране Шенгена свои правила, сами себе противореча. После окончания регистрации на рейс они исчезли как тараканы, невозможно было поговорить и с начальником .. Деньги за авиабилет и за билет не а автобус в этот же день никто возвращать не собирается! И это европейский сервис и Грузия,и которая себя отождествляет с Европой....

I am Georgian and the video looks fun, but the music assigned is totally out of Georgian culture and nature. Highly recommending to replace it asap.

Dear sirs, I've made a mistaken bank transfer on august the 15th (I've failed to insert the code on the description), after an expensive call to your call center I've gone trough the indicated EU ODR procedure (2022/DT118614). I'm still waiting to have MY money back. How long shall I wait? Thanks
