I find the sit to stand test interesting because while I get that it 'tests' a whole range of different things, it seems like a totally dysfunctional way to get up and down off the ground. Why pick a movement that nobody actually uses in daily life that people will then judge themselves on?

I have seen another level of this progression from an upright seat where the feet are parallel and the knees adduct to lift. (Feet wider than hips and knees dip inward). Do you have a video that includes this? or possible hip stretches that can lead to better mobility for that maneuver specifically?
