Hey Kerry, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this Chatty evening skincare routine video. So motivated and happy I enjoyed this chatty evening skincare routine. I love having such lovely evenings because I can enjoy spend time with my family and doing things myself at home like drinking a cup of tea having desserts, chocolates and biscuits listening to music and singing songs on Spotify app watching videos from KZfaq and just having time to myself everyday of the week. Sometimes I try to do a little bit of work in the evenings just to catch up with work and everything in the evenings having relaxed evenings at home being productive, happy and motivated in my week. I absolutely need to start working on my laptop a lot more in the evenings and during the day if I have time to do some things! The beef warps, wedges and salad is so good and delicious. Listening to podcasts about motivation and positivity is amazing on Spotify because you can take in and learn some different things about how you can improve motivation and mindset through the week. The podcast that I love is the everyday positivity! 😊♥️😁🥰☀️🇹🇷🦋❤️😘💗🍾🎶🇹🇷😍. I love using my Dyson vacuum so much for speed cleans in my home. Occasionally I put my phone in a place where I can listen to my music or some cleaning motivation videos. I find cleaning so relaxing and helps me get through my anxiety! I really love taking showers or baths and do my skincare routine by using my ultimate favourite product which is the Lancôme pump face wash cream too. I really can’t wait for the warmer weathers, spring and summer to come in too! 😊🌷🥰🇹🇷💛♥️💕😍😁☀️🌺🎈🏖️❤️🦋🎶✨🎉🌸😘🇹🇷♥️❤️💛💕💗🪅😀🎈. I look at my phone, do some dancing, working on my laptop spend time with my family too. Going out as well! Things which you can do with your kids are do some yoga exercises, go on a walk, make a gratitude list, dance, jigsaw puzzles, make vision boards, plan on what you’re going to do in the evenings, meditate, write down goals or things that make you happy, learn new habits and life skills too. So for me I learnt on how to improve my motivation and mindset. Watch bbc Iplayer CBeebies. Something special, grandpa in my pocket is a lovely series to watch on KZfaq. I love having a full hair wash because you occasionally get hair loss if you don’t wash your hair frequently. It starts to develop hair loss which is so bad and not good for you. So I would recommend to wash your hair as often as possible to reduce the amount of hair loss you develop too. My skin has natural become so shiny radiant and bright by using the Lancôme face wash helped my skin so much. Kerry, I really enjoyed your vlog this evening. The meal looked delicious. I’ve been noticing your glowing skin and meaning to comment, so this is the ideal opportunity. Although I’m much older than you, I have just started to have breakouts on my chin area! First time in my life. Actually, I even had a spot in my eyebrow which believe it or not resulted in my whole eye swelling up and not being able to open! Unbelievable! (looked like I’d done a round with a boxer - and not the canine variety!😉) Doctor saw me and put me on antibiotics etc - the things we go through! Hormones!! Arghhhh - what a nuisance 😂😂 Anyway, thank you for all your tips. They are super; greatly appreciated.
