fun fact is the metallic drip is exclusive for sword chars just like how waveworn for breadblade, that sprout thing for gountlet, helix for rectifier and that tailed thing for guns

Probably the most divided character so far in this game in terms of pre release analysis. CN consensus is she is “worthless” for “account strength” and people known as “the power party” in CN. (In CN there is “power party” which basically means meta players and “xp party” which means players don’t care about beating endgame) While in the west, seems like she is being viewed as a very strong character. Can’t wait for her release when the 2 opposing narratives crash. That’s what I’m excited for, other than her black tights, of course 🤫

Well idk how far CN are looking at the future or what inside stuff they know in Kurogames etc. But atm Changli will be the META for Fusion char. if you didn't get Encore that's just how simple it is really and the next banner is Zhezhi & Yao, and some leaks say in 1.3 is Camellya and Genshu Lin (which seems to be both havoc but looking at the Genshu stuff etc theirs also a high chance Kuro will turn him into Fusion char. which i wouldn't be surprised because of Changli Outro buff).

Interesting, I wish there were more detailed analysis. I don't like to say this, but I feel like Western CCs trend towards positivity. I see a lot of CCs just recommend her, but there isn't a lot of math theory crafting, so I have no idea if she's good from a meta perspective. I put some extra stock in negative analysis since generally that's going against the grain, so there must be some sort of reasoning behind it. Especially if the negative opinion is of a character that's highly hyped.

@@Kryto_Gaming From what I hear, it seems like her damage output is not quite as high as Jinhsi. It also looks like she takes more field-time to do her job when compared to conventional sub-DPS like Yinlin. (Plus, she has no coordinated attacks, lower Damage per field time ratio, and lacks a meta character who fully synergises with her kit.) I imagine she will be very solid when she relases, probably tier 0. But I also expect her and Jiyan to drop to 0.5 on 1.2, when Yao + Yinlin and JInhsi + Zhezhi becomes the meta. We will have to wait and see, though. Personally, I'm planning to drop a few summons and see if I get lucky, but I'm not sure how deep I want to go for her.

@@joaomarcoscosta4647jiyan isn't dropping in tier lol he has almost the same damage jinhsi and much easier to use and isn't reliant on crits as his damage come with multi hits so your bound to crit even if you miss sometimes. Plus he ultimate parry and grouping machine. Unlike jinhsi who has hard time charging her forte without yinlin and yamwu and useless in coop. And you will misss crits and have to go on second rotation and pray you hit crit.

Already prefarmed everything for her lv 90 and full tree lv10 and 2 fusion sets only missing last few sentinel daggers. Garanteed to get her and depensing how early she comes home might even have garanteed weapon too, but only if she comes home early.

I've been pre-farming for mommy Changli for quite a while now...the double forgery/simulation drops could be more perfectly timed it helped a ton specifically when you see the double gold drop 🤓

please for people thats looking forwards to changli and looking forward to make your encore a hyper carry dont use them on the same team encores bis is still sanhua unless they buff changlis outro duration youre always losing 3 sec in encores liberation to make of use of liberation amp and if youre not using the amp youre just using a 20% buff instead of the 38% of sanhua instead use chixia with changli if you have the 5 star gun you can actually have her as a sub dps but if you have max dups on chixia shes gonna pop off because she can maximize the buffs changli provides and dont think of changli like shes yinlin shes just not the value of yinlin is not inherintly tied down to her outro buff its the fact she takes no field time has coordinated attacks and does absurds amount of damage with basically no field time changli cannot do the same shes still just a main dps with a supportive outro i assume eveyone here will pull for changli so might have start thinking about zhezhi as well from what ive seen in translations she buffs skill damage which is what changli mostly use snd she also takes no field time and has coordinated attscks like yinlin

The encore part especially the rotation I cannot agree, you don’t simply just stack their rotation/combos. You do encore’s liberation in the middle of a “true sight” state duration of changli and need to end encore’s liberation early. And no changli buffs 2 more enhanced E of encore compared to sanhua, and this is not the Aalto vs mortifi for Jiyan situation because it’s 20% all coverage vs 38% majority coverage instead of 23% all coverage vs 38%. Sanhua’d win easily as better encore support that being said changli encore team seems to be good on paper in terms of total damage too. Changli is a better buffer for chixia than for encore simply because chixia can use all her buffs. Doesn’t mean chixia changli team is better, of course. Jinhsi x changli x reju set yuanwu is what I will run tho. Yuanwu carries healer set and provides shield and extra defense which means damage reduction(I have him S6), he also makes sure Jinhsi gets enough stacks, which solves the main drawback of the jinhsi x changli duo. As for why the Jinhsi Changli duo, it’s because their skill CDs line up perfectly with each other and there are super sick animation cancelling and quick swaps techniques you can use to basically feel like you are playing 2 waifus, teacher and student, at the same time and it’s already being made into guides by CN ppl using the trial changli and Jinhsi in the main story,

Regarding Sanhua vs Changli... According to Prydwen, Encore's optmal rotation damage is split: 45.3% Basic 13.4% Liberation 41.3% other stuff Assuming this is accurate, Sanhua's 38% Basic DMG deepen is the equivalent of a 17.2% total damage increase. Meanwhile, Changli provides a 20% DMG Deepen to all of Encore's DMG, on top of a 25% Liberation DMG Deepen (So, an overal 23.5% increase) Changli's outro wins. Well, theorically, there could be other aspects of Sanhua kit that make her better as a "pure" buffer, (like the 20% Atk Buff if you have her s6, or maybe faster rotations.) But Sanhua's personal damage output seems to be on the low side. So I imagine that Changli + Encore teams will be much stronger overall, especially if you don't have an s6 Sanhua. As for JInhsi x Changli teams... From the way you describe it, it sounds a bit awkward to play, but super fun to watch.

Hmmmm... I'mma get her still cuz i need to build up a fusion team either with Encore/Chixia. But what i'm worred about is if she's going to be another Calcharo, mostly style but might be very clunky or underwhelming. I see that she gets interrupted easily so it might not be easy getting her at full stack everytime especially when you keep on dodging and animation cancelling... She has high energy requirements too so me thinks eog is more suited for her for smooth rotation as you mostly need your burst as often as possible as well.

I doubt ill ever upgrade my inferno rider its crit rate with 21 CD and an additional 7.5 cr and 10.1 skill and liberation dmg Ive got 66 pity, 60 character pulls 50 weapon pity and 19780 astrite. Her and her weapon, 0% chance of failure
