I actually make something similar that I created while pregnant, but it ain't fancy lol I call it "poor man's sushi" lol its just spicy sriracha nut crackers, mascarpone cheese smeared on top of 1, 4/5 flaming hot cheetos pushed into the cheese, and a slice of cold smoked trout (or salmon if you got the $$). I usually add like 3 more flaming hot cheetos on top of the cold smoked fish to make it hotter 😋 I swear, I ate these CONSTANTLY when I was pregnant with my first. I'm telling ya, if you ever want creative and awesome food combinations that work, ask a pregnant woman who has experience with cooking. Some of my best, most creative dishes emerged when I was pregnant.
