I resonate with you a lot. I’m a very quiet, shy person when you first meet me, but after I warm up and get comfortable I quite chill and actually very loud and crazy. I was also a Biology major in college and graduated in 2020, which meant not graduation. Being a science major , specifically Biology, and also being a premed I struggled a lot with mental health, impostor syndrome, and just not prioritizing myself and being in a constant competition with myself and others. I even got to a point where I didn’t enjoy doing self care and hygiene as I used to. Of course, I decided to get help while I’m waiting for a medical school acceptance, it still hard. I also plan to travel out of the country, but still don’t know where. Thank you so much for sharing a little part of your life with us. It is refreshing to watch a KZfaqr being genuinely themselves and down to earth, but also putting boundaries on their personal lives. It truly helped me not to feel alone, or think that I’m going through the same struggles alone. I feel the same way that you do. Im graduating this summer with a Microbiology major and definitely struggle with not feeling good or smart enough. It is definitely a challenge but self care is the key to give me some time for myself and relax. PD: I loved this video! It’s great to get to know you a little bit better 🥰

I’m quite a bit older than you (graduated college in 2005). I also majored in biology and to this day I still don’t feel very smart. I really enjoyed getting to know you better and have really been enjoying your videos.
