Amazing!!!. I was looking forward to this exercise for a very long time. Thank you very much. There are face yoga experts who suggest exercise for fuller cheeks but their cheeks use to look hollow and ironed out. Yours looks fuller and plumper, that tells me that your technique would definitely work. I will try it from today. Thanks Again :-) :-)

Hi Natalia, I want to ask you I'm from yemen which is a country in south arabia . In my society there is Qat Chewing habit which is leaves contain stimulant substance We constantly chewing these leaves and keep them as a ball inside the mouth just beneath the cheeks for long hours per day ,dose these habit considered as a cause for making my cheeks slimy?and what can I do beside these massage technique? And can I use topical medication that helps muscle to relax? Also I had weight loss My face appears like skeleton😭 And thank you 🌷

Hi, we release the tension in the muscle. When the muscle tenses the fat pad is compressed, so when we release the tension in the muscle, the deep fat pad becomes more less compressed.

Hi dear. The key to long-lasting results is consistency and discipline. It will be perfect if you do facial exercises on a daily basis. Face yoga should be first thing in the morning and right before going to bed. Your face muscles are awakened and you become more conscious of your facial motions throughout the day when you perform facial exercises in the morning. Most of us develop bad habits, including frowning. Bad facial habits can be broken by performing facial exercises in the morning. Before going to bed, performing facial exercises can help reset the muscles you used throughout the day, calm the mind, and get you ready for a restful sleep. Try to make it a daily routine. The results may vary from person to person. Each person is different. Some of our students got the results after 2-3 months of doing the exercises, some luckily got the results within 2 weeks. You just need to trust the process and be consistent. 💖
