The step-up in quality to the Premier League for some players is just too much. Donny Van Der Beek, Anthony, Onana, Pogba, Sancho... All looked great playing in the Bundesliga, Erivedese, Ligue un & Serie A. In the Prem, you just don't have the time and space you do in Europe.

I'm not trying to be funny, and this might be ludicrous...why not try to convert Antony into a LB? He is left-footed, he is a right-winger so should have insight into the position he plays against. He has a great engine, he gets up and down the pitch. If you look at his FBref report, his tackles, interceptions and blocks are right up there against other wingers. He has pace and stamina to get beyond the RB and cross with his strong foot, and if he cuts inside he has a better shot than most LBs. Look, he has 3 years left on his contract; selling him, we will lose Euro 40-50 million AND we'll probably have to pay half of his contract - he's on £200K per week, no club will pay him more than £100k per week (150 weeks at £100K = £15 MILLION). How hard can it be to learn to position yourself at LB, when to get forward, when to get back etc.

The players I think need to go are, wan bissaka, lindelof, Antony, Martial, onana, dalot, Erikson,malacia, Sancho, I'm undecided on Rashford because it depends what style of manager takes over, possession based manager comes in I would sell Rashford if a counter attacking manager comes in I would keep Rashford.

Mctominay I think as a squad player is useful, maguire only has 2 years left on contract and for what we would get for him I would just keep him around as a squad player, I'd still go out and sign 2 centre backs though. Look Rashford I would keep if we ars going back to a counter attacking style only as I stated. This is an English club you know? We do need some English core in there that's just facts mate. Wan bissaka is English though but I've put him on the list as well as Sancho so I'm not exactly being bias. Also if mount had been here 2 years I'd probably stick him on the out list, but he at least needs next season as an opertunity.

Or any other left winger in premier league. He's actually only had 2 bad seasons statistically. 2021/2022 season and this sea season. Sixth for wages? Are we not considered the wages for the potential new recruits? It's not as simple as a drop in salary levels because of players conveniently coming to the end of their contracts. A true assessment cannot be complete until the end of the transfer window.

In some ways Bruno is part of the problem. Positionally he's all over the place, for the amount of possession he has he's wasteful. Relying on moments of brilliance has been our undoing for years. The fact that he's our best player says a lot. If a decent offer comes in then sell him.

Utd are a club in massive decline, their only ability to sign talent is by overpaying and giving stupid wages. Ineos want to move away from this (correctly) otherwise you just become the next Everton; paying big money and wages on players no one in the top 6 wants.
