Upsetting that this is not included with zoho one. These features should just be a part of desk.

We are looking for a field service management software that unifies - inventory, finance, field technicians and back office team. Have been attempting to use Zoho FSM for good 6 months now. It has un-necessary extra layers to register work orders. It takes me (owner) atleast 6 minutes to register a complaint and assign it to someone - I wonder how will indian blue collar workforce ever adapt to this! One area where Zoho can leverage technology a lot but FSM is not the best starting point as of now. If you happen to know of tools which allows easier field service management with a relatively simpler interface and lesser clicks to get work done, I would appreciate your suggestions in the comments below.
