Most of us black people have short hair so you won't see your hairs true length unless flat ironed or blow dryed which causes the hair to look longer when it actually been longer than you thought lol you just never blow dryed your hair or flat iron it to see your hair full length and growth

Please Noone should laugh at me, Nana please I need encouragement 😭, Im Nigerian yeah, so my hair was about 5 months in and I wanted to do an all back braid, so I went to a salon, and they put relaxer on my hair without my consent, sad, I couldn't go back, so I still got the braids but their out now, my relaxed hair is pissing me off but I don't want to restart this hair journey cuz it's finally a little bit long, Idk what to do, should I keep growing it till it's very long then cut the relaxed part of or what? 2-3 inches, anything less is too short in my opinion. But like @kaixtc said, if you plan on getting someone else to do it, some people wont be able to do that length some people will it will really depend on the person.

Yeah they are! I just tucked both ends into each opposite side this time, but I also sometimes braid the ends together to connect them too.
