I have been stretching 5 times a week for almost a month and i'm really close to getting my splits. Before i started stretching i couldn't even touch my toes. I always thought i wasn't flexible but i've improved soo much. I never expected i could get this far. My advice to you guys is to not give up until you reach your goals!! I hope this comment motivates someone. And thank you Anna for sharing these routines❤

I am a dancer, so getting the splits has always been a goal for me and a huge deal. I almost have my left and right splits and am very close to getting my middle splits! Thank you Anna for all of the effort you put into your videos! Tysm!

Update: I got my right splits, and am soo close to my left, my middle are so hard for me because my hips are so tight but I am working hard to get them !

I am 14 and a dancer and I used Anna's videos to get the side splits (in only two weeks I might add) and have now decided to tackle the middle splits. I have been doing this routine every night for a week and have seen tremendous improvement already! PRO TIP: If you want to get the middle splits faster, pair this video with the flexible legs and/or hips video each night.

Omg Anna! I use to be able to do the middle splits, then I lost it…I finished my other stretch routine from u and wanted to try this one, I was about 8 or 9 inches from the ground and by the last stretch in this video I was TOUCHING THE GROUND! 30 day challenge Day 1: Was a little bit intense, but nothing I’m not used to as a dancer. Around 17m off middle split. Day 2: Really stiff from yesterday (had dance) so no improvement yet. Day 3: Still a bit sore, but felt really good! 15cm off! Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:

I am only 10 years old I've been doing dance and I not the most flexible 😢 I started doing this stretching routine every day, I was one of the one on my dance team that couldn't do the middle splits. 😟 I also couldn't do the side splits either I finally got them both. 😆 But I still have to stretch first. But cause I still stretched every day I finally got them with out stretching. 😊 Thank you Anna for helping me get my splits.❤❤❤

I can't wait for this, thank you so much anna for helping us, I have been doing your stretches for 8 months and just got my chinstand and middle over splits, I tried all your stretching routines, even the beginner ones although with you I became super advanced in flexibility and I started from a point of barely touching my toes, hip stretches are my favorite, I feel they calm me down more than any other stretch, thank you a million times anna 💗💗💗

Emotions are typically stored in the hips. A lot of yoga healing exercises are hip opening.

So good. So professional. Anna might be the finest instruction video producer for flexibility exercises in all of KZfaq. There is certainly no one better, or more experienced. The key to her success is how she designs her videos so that they are so easy to follow. I am not speaking of easy in the sense of replicating her flexibility. Very few can. I mean easy in following her instructions. I am a man with terrible flexibility, but I watched my granddaughters follow this video and decided to try it. Of course I couldn’t do them very well but Anna’s comforting voice and a modified view made it a great workout. Unlike anything I have ever done. Thank you, Anna McNulty.

Hi guys hi Anna I'm so excited for ur strech routine I have been doing ur get ur split fast routine and I improved so much it's been a month since I started it I'm very close to the ground 3/4 inches but I can't seem to reach the ground 😢 but I'll keep trying I'm going to be doing this stretch routine every day for 21 days and see if I improve now my middle split is currently 26cm from the ground *Sry this is so long i normally do these stretches for 3-5 day then give up but I'm gonna stay consistent im gonna start today* Day 1:✅ as most of u know day 1 is always the hardest but since I'm intermittent (more flexible than the motification but less flexible than the advanced) I was able to do some stretchs to the fullest *and after stretching I went from 26cm to 15cm* Day 2:✅ it was a bit easier than day one Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ I got my right splits!!! 😀😀😀 and I am very my left splits improve so much Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ didn't want to but did it anyway Day 8:✅ Day 9:✅ Day 10:❌ Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ didn't want to since it was my birthday 🎂🎊🎉 but did it anyway Day 13:✅ Day 14:❌ wasn't in the mood Day 15:❌ it was too late Day 16:✅ I didn't want to but I did Day 17:❌ Day 18:✅ Day 19:✅ Day 20:✅ Day 21:✅ I have improved so much I'm inches away from my middle splits thx Anna this helped a lot I'm still going to do this routine for until I get my full left and middle splits ❤❤❤

I'm 14 and I am a contemporary fusion dancer and I have had my left and right splits since I was 4 but I grew out of the middle splits so I challenge myself to get the middle splits in 2 weeks as I have dance 5 times a week. Ill try do these stretches twice a day if I can. Day 1 (5th January)-Not sure how far I am off the floor but I'll say I am like more than 50% there. I struggled to hold it for 30secs and gave up in 22 secs haha cant wait for day 2!

As a former high school gymnast who was part of a team that won the GA high School Gymnastics Championship 4 years in a row, believe me, We were good, 69, 70 ,71 & 72, I am now teaching my 6 YO granddaughter the basics. Ben doing Thai routine for about 6ish days, I’m seeing improvements, I got results a lot faster with the front split, I can almost do a first split already after a couple weeks I recommend doing both front and side split stretch routines together for best results.

This is like my favorite middle split stretching routine. I have my square right and left splits but not my middle since my hips are very inflexible. During this routine I could feel how much this was really stretching the area where I need to stretch in order to get my middle split. Thank you Anna! Also I’m goin to try and do this for a month cause I really need my middle splits for ballet, wish me luck.. Day 1: ✅ Amazing kinda already explained in beginning but yea, very painful in a good way 😅 Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4: ✅ I’m really close to getting my turned in middle splits but I can only do it after doing this stretch. Day 5: ✅ I can do my turned in middle splits!! Turned out is a different story tho 🙃 Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ Even tho I don’t have a very good straddle, since getting my turned in middle splits, my swim through is looking pretty good Day8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ And so on…

i’ll be doing this stretch routine as well as a few of her other routines until christmas (starting november 12th) to track my progress. day one 📍 i’m already a lot closer, i’m already pretty flexible since i’m a dancer, and i have stretched a lot today, as well though.

I only did this for two days and i can do middle splits now if you don't have flexibility it still works! 1.Practice spliting first or watch one of her vids. if you can almost do the splits but not so good thats okay. 2.Do three or more of her streching vids then if you can finaly split properly *it might take a day*. 3.When you can split then go back to this video then you will be much better at your middle split. 4.If you want to perfect your middle splits then rest for 1 hour or 2 then watch this vid again. I wish i helped a little bit and please like❤

I really do enjoy your videos! They always helped me achieved my goals fast, I got my front splits in 7 days only and on the second day of trying to get the middle splits, I improved a lot! And when I say a lot, I literally improved way too much. I'm in shock. This is why you deserve more subs only both of your channels because the effort you put in can help the whole world. I subbed

I’m going to tryout for my schools cheer team in a month or two! The first time I tried I didn’t make it but I never did any stretches or anything so I’m hoping I will make it this time because I will be doing stretches every day(hopefully) until the tryouts to get my toe touches and pikes! This is my first day on my goal!! Hope I can do it!!😃

I’ve been doing these stretches since march first it is now march 11 I am doing this every night for a month it has k1lled me so far but I’m not giving up I can see I’ve made a huge improvement in my slits and without u I may never have been able to come as far as I am so thank u Anna for helping me do this journey and event though I’m not done I’ve made huge progress from u ❤❤❤
