Sir Mai apni company me busy introduce Karna Chahta hu, problem ye hai ki Ham Jo basically chahte hai wo mujhe dikh nahi raha 1st Ham Online chahte hai, Kyu ki hamara 3 Sales Store hai 2nd Ham credit sale nahi karte (except our Sister company) So hamara syestem ye hai, First Jub BHI hame client koi order Dete hai to ham Sale Quotation banate hai, phir Ham usey Customer ko bhezte hai Uske against me 50% Advance Payment lete hai , Jab Advance payment mil Jaata hai tab ham us Order ko Confirm karte hai , agar hame advance NAHI Mila (50% +) to ham sale order generate nahi karte (Infact Ham kar hi nahi sakte) Anyway jab hame Advance mil Jaata hai air ham Order generate karte hai to hame Schedule time mil jaata hai ki Kab ham usey Deliver de sakte hai, uske according ham Manufacture karte hai phir Packing Hone ke Baad ham usey bhezte hai Sale Store me (Jab Sale Store me transfer karte hai usi waqt Customer ko Ek Whatapp/Text message Chala jaata hai ki aap ka order ready hai next day aap delivery Le sakte hai , Phir jab hamey poora Paisa mil jaata hai sir ham Invoice create kar dete hai tab Delivery order generate Hota hai. Agar 0.01 Paise see jyada difference HOTA hai to Delivery Order Generate NAHI hota. #Jab Ham Tex message bhezte hai to Uska delivery time within 7 days Hota hai , agar customer ne late Kiya I mean agar 7 days ke pehle NAHI Liya to same item agar Kisi AUR customer ka Huwa to ham usey issue kar dete hai (Aur Current wale customer ka Re schedule kar dete hai) Matlab ki Same item afar dusre Customer ka hai to usey ek message jaata hai ki aap ka material ready hai 1 week ke andar sale store Se Le le Aur pehle wale customer ko message jaata hai ki Aap me koi respond NAHI diya is Lea aap ka deliver ham re schedule kar Rahe hai (Aur Jo 2nd Customer ka Delivery schedule date tha Sale order Confirmation ke waqt ) wo date is Customer ko dete hai Lekin sabse Badi baat Bina 50% Advance payment ke hamara Sale order hi confirm NAHI hota Aur Sale order confirm hote hi Hamara Syestem Raw Material ko check kar leta hai aur Agar Stock me material Kam hai to Purchase order generate kar Deta haircut
