@@meerasmethod9205 Emphasize listening and reading test more as they are ultimate score boosters. There are many online free practice tests available just search and they are really reliable and proved helpful for me.

Here I would like to clear a notion that in a book I saw that " if you see in the passage word 'acquired' is written instead of ' acquire' but if you write acquired as an answer in the blank your answer would be marked wrong because grammatically it would not fit in the sentence

Asiya ma'am, I'm here to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for your amazing videos. I'd absolutely close to no preparation for IELTS, just saw some videos including this one of your channel, followed the same strategy as yours across the sections, and got band 9 in Reading. I can't believe that I'm typing this here, as I feel surreal. I got an overall score of 8.5 and that too in my very first attempt of IELTS. Hats off to you ma'am, you rock!

I took my CD IELTS on 4th Oct… I completed two passages in 50 minutes and left with only 10 minutes to attempt the last passage.. I was out of time unfortunately.

Hi Asiya, quick question, why is the answer to number 22 no? You stated that in order for the question to be false it must be a clear contradiction. However, you also stated that a lot (many) and a few is close enough in definition (12:27) so that it didn’t count as a direct contradiction where as in question 22, many and few were counted as direct contradiction.

Hi Asiya I am confused. In question number 22, you said that the answer is No, as the passage includes the word "few" while the question contains "many people". However, when you are illustrating the concept of the question starting with the sentence "I have a lot of friends", you introduced the answer "I have a few friends "as a True answer. Could you please elaborate more, in light of "a lot of" has the same meaning of the word "many",

11:56 it’s ❌❌❌❌FALSE❌❌❌ In this case, "a lot of friends" implies a large quantity, while "a few friends" implies a small quantity. Even though both phrases may suggest having enough friends, they are not equivalent in terms of quantity. Therefore, the statement "I have a lot of friends" is not directly supported by the passage stating "I have a few friends," making the answer ❌❌FALSE❌❌

I don't understand. First we established that 'a lot of' and 'few' will be considered the same. Like in the I have alot of friends example. But then in the AI passage, we considered 'many' and 'few' as opposites. This is a contradiction. Please explain. Thanks

Hi Asiya, a pleasure watching your videos. Quick question on statement #28 example (17:30 to 18:10 min), since in my opinion the correct answer is T, but not NG, you said: "how many? We don't know", the latter in terms of talking about a number (quantity), right? But, if you pay attention on the paragraph, it says the following: "Today, the world is on the cusp of a climate crisis[...] widespread displacement, extinctions and death". Therefore, keywords such as CUSP, CRISIS, EXTINCTIONS, mean that they go to the extreme, especially in today's world, as the text describes it. My point is that the climate crisis is indeed predicted to cause more deaths, I mean, it talks about extinction, it's more than just deaths, though, what do you think?

What you've written is logical. To answer the question, we should concentrate on the exact point. "MORE deaths than ...?" Maybe more, maybe the same... we can't be sure. This means that the answer is not given. Try not to overthink or dig too deeply.

To be honest with you peers. Not Given questions are somehow have no sense and it must be crossed out from ielts exams. Many examiners are lost by choosing either not given or false. It is something so silly and ridicolous😊
