One of my absolute favorite travel trips was last year, when I went to Big Sur in California for my yearly vacation (since my travel ability is a bit limited). It was so cool to see all of the wildlife there (deer, elephant seals, otters, etc) alongside the breathtaking views of the California coast. c: And of course the major highlight was spending a day in the redwoods in Pfeiffer Big Sur National Park, though a close second was the aquarium and city in Monterey/Carmel-by-the-Sea. Born in Taipei, but grew up in the US. At one point my parents moved back to Taipei so while I don't know if its my favorite place to visit, it does feel like going home when I do. Having said that, I would say Asia is my favorite continent to visit.
