“Get Up Again” was originally launched as part of the “Cotton Candy Sky” album in 2018
Its a song that has deep meaning for me so it was important to represent struggles using real life stories of challenge and triumph, that are featured throughout the video.

"Our job is to get up, and God does the changing." Man, that's HEAVY. Listening to the stories of others, one thing I've been reminded of is the fact that God doesn't necessarily work in the way or order we would want or expect. So, in addition to remembering that we need His help and power for things, sometimes we're also confronted by the fact that we aren't yet blessed with success in an area because He has other aspects He wishes for us to first improve upon instead.

Salaam dear brother Sammy Please don't be afraid to seek help and open up to someone you can trust that has good insight to mental health. The mind is an organ like any other part of the body. The mind also gets sick or overwhelmed. The root cause is mental health and wellbeing. Sorround yourself with meaningful righteous people, keep your mind, body and soul nourished with the remembrance of Allah and living a healthy and proactive lifestyle. Remember there is no shyness in reaching out and speaking up. Alhamdulilah Allah has given us an Ummah that cares for the welfare of one another. Please consider seeing your local General Practitioner to help you identify the root cause. Do not underestimate the power of the mind it can make you or break you. Remember Allah (SWT) is always near, just ask and have certainty when the time is right he shall reply. Allah I’m ready to have my meeting with you. I have severe anxiety, pain, and PTSD from years of abuse. My father abandoned my 3 brothers and I 10 years ago and the pain is so much. Apparently everything is a test and it seems like there’s no happy ending

Have you sought help from a doctor. there r groups who can help as well. No shame in asking for help. May Allah give u the strength to go on. May he heal you. Many years ago i listened to some lectures, when i was going through a tough time and was losing hope. Some of the lectures was by sheik bilal asad, hamza yusuf, yasmin mogahed. This world was mean to beak your heart but we are the ummah of Mohammad peace be upon him
