Not sure how reliable these is 🤔 I've use one over the weekend and it tested bad (7 tries).tested the direct battery way all was good with that relay.

Could be an issue with the unit you had, or I guess it could be that I was lucky with the unit I received. I've used mine quite a lot and it's never misdiagnosed a good relay as bad. I did test the first few I tested, manually as well, but after 10-15 units, I just stopped because it was working a charm.
