Sidewinder Club Tour 2 pack from early 2002. This set changed everything. All the beats were fresh & alien, It weren't like conventional garage. For me this was the first full on Grime set that was mass produced & made accessible to outta Londoners. What a time

i don't know how slimzee was able to cut so many dubs back to back to back like that, idk if he had already made an edit and was just rolling that out - but i imagine he was just doing his thing, actually mixing a new plate every 16 bars. Its actually mad if you listen to it and realise every single one is a separate record. Its just mad.

In 2023 Wiley and Dizzee seem to have put the past behind them..even if it is not what it seems..these two legends being on good terms in any scenario is great for grime..whatever if any collab ever comes out it will not mean anything as much as the OG days does to us..however it will be a chapter in the scene and I’m hear for it big up wil n dil
