Fun fact : in comics the hughie character was based and drawn keeping in mind of simon pegg and his roles in movies , so the producers hired simon pegg as hugies dad in this series as a tribute.

@@dilir2572 I don't understand why people are saying when he was younger he looks the exact same and also actor who plays Huey looks like he's in his mid thirties. And yeah he could just be someone younger who looks older however he definitely looks older kind of like Simon Pegg did whatever age he was during Shaun of the Dead.

Fun fact (if you didn't know): the character of Hughie was drawn in the comics to look like Simon Pegg with the thought to have him play the part back when it was created. They didn't get around to creating a show around the comic for quite a while though. So having him play Hughie's dad was a great easter egg.

Well, the boys was probably my best memorable show in 2019 and 2020 both seasons. Better than any other more impactful than any other show released after 2019.

Watching all the previous Seasons before Season 4 drops and decided to watch some reactions I haven't seen yet. Surprised that I didn't see this channel's reactions to Season 1. I love this show and I think I've rewatched the entire series every time a new season is about to start. It's cool seeing the old intro to the videos. Enjoyed the reaction 👍👍✌ out.

Jaby I know you have a good record of plot predictions in case of movies and TV shows. But this one is amazingly artistically unexpected. I started to watching this show with optimism but every single episode dragged me more and more into it.

I watch JabyKoay because I enjoy it, it is entertaining channel. You guys tell your own stories about everything. I.e this thing or another thing. And also I'm learning kind of vocabulary, I'm improving my listening skills and whenever I watch your videos I watch it till the end. And also I don't have friends who can talk to me on a daily basis. It feels like I'm watching with you guys.

Cut down reactions are the best considering it lets you have the feeling of watching a show again while not actually having to sit through every last moment of the show/movie you have already seen. You get the feeling of watching it for the first time again and you get a new perspective.

Interestingly, the writer of the series envisioned Simon Pegg to play the role of Hughie when he wrote the original comics. The original character design was so similar to him, that's why they cast him as Hughie's dad as an homage to that

Wow. Haven't been Watching the reaction channels like used to, as my life has changed drastically. But The Boys is my second best TV Series (The Wire still No1). You're insight Koay is always on point. And Achara your accent is well you know. Power Corrupts, Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely, Super Power Corrupts Surperbly. You're right Koay, it's the undercurrent of the message that attracted me to name it my NO 2 TV show.
