It's like Pavlov! I hear Thomas say the intro and my body just relaxes, no matter what is going on in my brain. I often don't even get to hear the beginning of the story, I'm passed out by the end of the relaxation exercise. 😴

Muchísimas gracias Tom! I listen to one of these story every night. I had insomnia as a young girl...it came back with a vengeance as I got older. Tylenol PM's, gummies etc didn't really help that much. These stories relax me so I can fall into a deep, quality and restful sleep. Buenas noches 🥱💤💤 GOD Bless you 🙏🏼

Around the 2:45 there’s some high pitched noise music woke me up 😢. Have never had that problem with these tracks but this was a major disturbance. I was dead asleep, sounded like our tornado sirens in the distance.

I wish the titles were honest. This is a 30 min sleep story. People turn it on to fall asleep to a voice for 6 hours and then get duped and have to find something else.

the title is honest :) it says Storytelling and EXTENDED Sleep Music. It's purposefully with uppercase letters. Also, if you ever want to know the specific length of the story, just simply check the timestamps in the description.

I actually appreciate the layout, the story always puts me asleep, then the music keeps me there. If the story went on for hours eventually my subconscious would hear the talking after I fell asleep, and would wake up again. Not the case with the music after story.

Thomas love you’re night time stories but was dissapointed tonight as I went to listen to a couple of you’re stories and all I heard was music not very happy as I just want to hear you’re voice not music please no more music that’s not what we want to hear
