When I want to sleep, I often have struggles with thinking too much because throughout the day I am able to distract myself but at night I'm completely isolated and tend to overthink wich makes it veeery hard to sleep. These stories for sleeping make it easier to fall asleep while listening to someone talking I feel very comforted and less lonely, thank you so much❤❤❤

I almost fell asleep, but began to notice the little bumps and ridges beneath the pillowcase under my head. The sheet beneath me was wrinkled in places. I wanted it to be flat and smooth. A minute or two later, it seemed my nightshirt was sligtly pulling on one side. Eventually, everything felt it had settled into place. My eyelids felt heavy, my breathing slowed and became deeper. Just as I was in that place where thoughts float by without touching, the little toe n my left foot began to itch..🌷

45:44 Oh no! *The background sleep music, after the story ends, woke me up!* 😆 I think it’s the high pitched flute, that is newly introduced, that woke me up. At least it didn’t wake me up with a startle! I’ve fallen asleep to KZfaq videos before that have _loud_ music at the end, and I’ll wake up with my heart pounding! LOL!! Now whenever I fall asleep to KZfaq videos, I _always_ check to make sure there isn’t music at the end. Even if not loud, there’s a chance it will wake me up. I actually would prefer no music after the story ends so it doesn’t wake me up and also because I feel like I probably sleep best with no sound, but it’s nice to have something to fall asleep to. I usually am out within 10 minutes or so when I start a video, and I don’t wake until morning, so if it’s a long video, often I’ll start it when it’s about 30 minutes from the end-that way, I get to sleep in silence soon after falling asleep. Sorry, I don’t mean to complain. I think what y’all are doing is fantastic, and I know it helps a lot of people! 😊
