Leslie, I feel your pain with your non-sleeping a*s! I believe you FULLY when you say you never slept well-even as a child. People have all kind of comments/judgments/cures/advice...but they don't GET IT. You are exhausted. Always. Same here. I hope you can get some relief somehow, someway!
