Toul Tompoung Market aka the Russian Market is a great place to go to get clothing made in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Custom-made clothes are very cheap in Cambodia. In one section of the market you can pick out a fabric, and then head around the corner to the line of sewing machines where you will surely find a seamstress or tailor that can make you a dress, shirt, or pretty much whatever you want. It helps if you bring in an item that you'd like to duplicate, or at least a photo. I set out to make a new shirt. How much does it cost? How long does it take? Did they do a good job? Don't worry, I'm on it.
