One of my manifestations in 2022 is to gain more friendships so, I was able to meet some amazing people, even as far as traveling around with them. I also was able to deepen my existing relationships this year. Although it was something that I felt I needed, I nearly forgot the importance of solitude. In other words, how healthy it is to also be alone. I felt like I hadn't been alone again in so long. I was always in the company of someone else for the last few months now that it felt deeply uncomfortable to be alone the first day or two in this vlog. I wanted to be able to get comfortable with myself again and I did just that here. I hope you enjoy! Sending love.
