Congrats on your new job w/Apple! I have an interview on Sunday morning & this REALLY helps a lot!!! I also just came back from an Apple retail store, which was suggested by the Recruiter & asked a couple of the guys there, w/specific q's & not taking up much of their time, what their hiring experience was like.

I used to do the same thing when I conducted group interviews as a manager at Old Navy years ago. I'd leave everyone at the table together while I 'took care of something real quick' to see how they would interact with each other. Same principle. I needed people unafraid of approaching customers to chat.
