This is one of our favorite episodes where we have some seriously great sailing, and find ourselves very happy to be alone with nature. Just outside of La Paz on the island of Espiratu Santo, a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site, we escape into a magical world just us, the boat and the nature all around us.
We experience our first rainstorm in months and it leads to one of the most beautiful mornings we have ever had aboard Evolias. We spend several quiet days anchored in lonely little bays, just listening closely to the natural world around us.. it was beyond beautiful!

Finally am thru "binge" watching, and have caught up to your new vids. Whew! Love your adventure, the Colorado flag, the home port of Colo, and words like "Word Vomit"! Sounds like a Coloradoan. i lived there many years, and miss not living there. Keep the adventure going, and using a sailboat, as a sailboat.

Oh bruh we are so in touch with the land and all its mystery’s bruh such an amazing life bruh. There is nothing about living on a boat full time that appeals to us good luck to all who are filming the same thing just in different places. Bruh plastics need to be rescued bruh

..... laughing ..... so Erica is there an impatient foot tapping when Warren is working on being patient .... the look on your face Warren did not spell relaxed .. smiling ..... oh the mum nature is it not incredible when one takes the time to be aware of it and what shows up .. rhetorical question .. was it always there, were we just blind to it ........ some will never see it even if they are right in the middle of it .... growing up we would go camping and there would always be those people that would show up and the first thing they would set up was the ghetto blaster and then set up camp .... am not surprised that you took some deep breaths to unwind when your guests left ..... thx for sharing a peek into your adventures ..... as always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans .....

Hey thanks, and no thankfully we got it all done earlier, have solid aluminum mounts (actually they were designed for Gopro’s and cameras) and they are super clean and strong

You need at least a small boom brake. Look for one that would suit your rig, I like the Wichard Gyb'Easy Boom Brake. That model may be undersized or not fit right, but you just need to slow it down a little to keep your rigging from bending and breaking.

Is the thimbled eye-spliced termination of your main halyard connected to your masthead shackle with a wire-moused pin? BTW did you figure out where the masthead chafing on your main halyard and topping lift lines came from? Inquiring minds need to know...
