While IIM Ranchi accepts IPMAT Indore scores, you will still have to fill up the IIM Ranchi form in order for them to consider your scores. So, you'll need to fill both: IPMAT Indore & IIM Ranchi.

it will be more than enough for IPMAT. Im starting my prep next month and i am in 12th grade rn. Also the portion is as not as hard as u think. English and Personal Interview might be a little tricky though

Hi Hemant! Visitors are not allowed inside the campus currently. Once you get the admissions letter, before the actual joining date, you would be able to request for permission to visit the campus with your family. All the best for IIM Ranchi. See what you currently have under your control - IPMAT Marks, 12th Marks (if you're giving boards this year), Interview Performance (answering academic questions too). Make sure to go above and beyond in your performance in the above 3 aspects!

Hi Harsh! Yes, banks provide loans easily. In SBI's Scholar Loan, you get 40 lakhs without collateral as IIM Ranchi falls under the AA Category of colleges! The other option is CBI's Education Loan. These get sanctioned within a week. Last year the loan rates were 6.9% and 7% in CBI and SBI, respectively. Due to the recent hikes, it is 8.3% in both. The process is very smooth. Hey! This year IIM Ranchi is considering only IPMAT Indore scores, so, the eligibility criteria for IPMAT Indore is applicable. You need to be born on or after 1 August 2003 (General).

There is an aggregate cutoff for IIM Ranchi!

I would advise you to attempt a previous year paper as a diagnostic test to gauge your English. Compare it with the respective category cutoffs. Then, since we do have time, you can learn and practice! Don't quit so quickly.

While IIM Ranchi looks at ECAs, it is not the make or break. Your academics is more important, that is why they also have 20% weightage to past academics. If your marks are 90%+ in 10th and 12th, you get full marks in the past-acads component.

Yep! IIM Indore provides a BA+MBA, other IIMs provide BBA+MBA.

Yes, a lot of IPM students have attempted GMAT this year. Two friends of mine even got 740 and 760.

Hi Nabeel! Here's how it works: You have to register for IPMAT Indore to write the IPMAT Indore Exam and be considered by IIM Indore. IIM Ranchi also takes your IPMAT Indore Scores, however, to be considered by IIM Ranchi, you'll need to register for IIM Ranchi too. So, you need to register for two things: IPMAT Indore & IIM Ranchi.

It doesn't matter at all for Jammu and Bodhgaya. It doesn't explicitly matter for Indore (Interview would test your knowledge) Ranchi has 20% weightage to past acads. Rohtak has 40% weightage to past acads.

Competition badega toh placement bhi badega, hehe. Don't fret too much about this, give it your all so that you're able to overcome and crack the exam regardless of the competition! 30,000 people fill the IPMAT form and only 10,000 students score more than 1 mark.

They don't share the number of students who get negative marks. The information shared is: A) 30,000 aspirants register for the exam B) 10,000 aspirants get a positive score. So, you can infer than 20,000 students consists of those who didn't appear for the exam or got negative marks.

The cut-offs for IIM Ranchi have been 110/240 in 2021 and 187/360 in 2022. The aggregate cut-off here is higher than IIM Ranchi as there are no sectional cutoffs.
