The interviewer tells Allen that he's been using the system for a while, but it sounds like he just learned about it a few hours ago based on his questions.

I assume he is playing devils advocate. So he is interviewing for the benefit of a viewer who is unfamiliar with gtd.

@@jt0851 Thanks James, indeed that's exactly what I was doing (or trying to do) - Perhaps I should do an 'advanced' GTD session too (to Jeff C's point). Thanks for the defense though ;-)
