I definitely think that if you started working out, only just once a week, you would lose fat but gain muscle. Muscle actually weighs more than fat. Working out does hurt when you just start but after a while it’s amazing. You get addicted to the soreness. If you are sore, you know you did it well.

The more you work out your muscles, you gain weight from muscle gain. 🤗 I love your hair! The color looks great!

with strength training you will actually gain weight because you build muscle mass. muscle is very heavy vs fat so you most likely won’t lose weight

Zoe, working out while you are on your period is actually better, it sounds weird but its the truth I´ve tried it and it actually takes the pain away

It really does depend on the person because I used to work out until my GP told me to stop because working out caused my periods to be abnormally heavy and I used to pass out because they got so painful

Omg when I was in high school the tinsel in the hair trend was HUUUUGE. I loved it. I had pink holo 💿 and then I had like emerald green for a while which was so subtle and cool

I use a muscle soak in a hot bath after exercise and it stop my muscles from getting too sore.
