July top 3: - got promoted because of work I enjoyed doing - was bored and just sat it in and didn't go to KZfaq or my phone to escape it - tried 3 new things! My struggle this month has definitely been, control what you can control and let go of the rest. It's so easy to say, much harder to do. But when I start to feel stress and anxiety over people, events, whatever that I cannot control and it is out of my hands, I need to breathe, acknowledge those feelings and then let them go. Absolutely love these prompts! Will be checking out that planner. It's been on my to-do list since you showed it last month (or how ever many videos ago) and just haven't gotten around to it!

Girl, I need to be more like you. I feel that I have too much anxiety to plan bc then I can't get everything done and I go mental. But for August I really want to challenge myself, as you said. I am going to do a plan and really try to stick to it. Thank you for uploading this ❤❤❤

Aww I can relate to this! If you’re feeling anxious, just pick 3 of your most important to do’s and try get them done. Or you can do what someone else suggested to me once, which is write a “high energy” and “low energy” to do list. The high would have a bunch of things you want to do and the low would just have the non negotiables. Be kind to yourself, anxiety is no joke and makes life super hard sometimes!! Love you xxx

this is my fav time of year in melbourne, always such beautiful clear days :') like a mini summer in midwinter. u should look up the wurundjeri seasons - its so much more accurate to melbourne weather than the traditional summer autumn winter spring!

Honestly feel you about putting away washing. I could spend hours happily cleaning the house top to bottom, scrubbing the toilet, cleaning out the fridge, but god damn if I have to bloody fold clothes and roll socks for 10 minutes. Also, love what you're saying about challenging the preconceived ideas you have about yourself! Maybe we ARE people who could _(maybe)_ enjoy folding washing! 😫

They're the JBL LIVE 650BTNC. I actually couldn't recommend them more! they were the best quality headphones i could find at the most affordable price (still expensive but wayyyy less than other headphones). they come in white which i wish i got but i love them anyways!!
