This is amazing! I very much relate to the “life being in shambles” statement. Last semester I took 8 classes, had two jobs and was building up my career, KZfaq, and brands. I burned out and this semester, and from some much needed therapy and self work, I realized I had severe ADHD and depression. So I put me first, decided to drop out and make building my KZfaq, Art, and film brands up because I deserve to be first! Now Im able to take time for me, have beautiful reset days like this to center myself and remember why I’m doing half the things I am.
