1. I had that problem with the same kind of macbook, but i would just use alcohol wipes to wipe it off. 2. My battery on my macbook dies at 65 - 70 % which the macbook was even refurbished. (btw its the same macbook im typing this comment)

My Macbook has anti-glare so i guess my Macbook has a 2015 macbook screen, it is so weird to have a 2017 macbook but in a 2015 macbook so i rubbed it and it works ( was it close to the video?) but im your fan

Update: I am on the newest Mac OS (mac OS Monterey 12.6.4) and I don't think it's that bad, but every time I go to youtube on Safari, it would start running hot. But everything else it runs pretty smooth even if it's an 2015 Macbook Pro.

Um never buy a keyboard protector or screen protector for ur MacBook it stops the screen from fully closing and can damage it
