I went to this place many times & love every second of it. 60m head spa comes with a free basic blow dry not blow out. How can you relax when you were just for shooting a video which ruins the atmosphere there. They even ask you to turn off or silence the phone while you are in the massage bed. You were constantly on the move and said the bed hurt you? I honestly think they don't deserve your review!

1. they told me that I would be getting a blowout 2. I called ahead of my appointment & asked their team if I could film my experience at their salon, & they approved 3. this is just my honest review on MY experience! I’m glad that you always enjoy your time there!

Are you really gonna act like the water spraying aiming directly into her eyes was fine? That has nothing to do with being relaxed. Clearly the employee could have prevented that from happening- which she did afterwards! That alone warrants a review. If you’re meant to have water pour directly into your eyes, they should tell you so and make sure your eyes are closed. If the service can’t be done if you’re wearing makeup, that should be made clear as well. A customer shouldn’t be stumbling to those things. That’s what causes a bad experience. It’s not acceptable to pay for a service then be told they’re afraid to do the service because of makeup that wasn’t mentioned as an issue prior.

I tried this place before for facial and head Spa. I love the Head Spa, I also try another one in LA, New York. I thought usually Head Spa is mainly for scalp treatment and come with basic blowout.

I feel like they did a pretty deep cleaning of my scalp!!! it was the way she sprayed my eyes with water lol

@@Sloan_Byrd ah im glad then!! I saw other places really getting in there but maybe those people had more problems with their scalp than you did. Still can’t get over how she sprayed your eyes like there was no warning whatsoever 😭
