When dieting everyone has a cheat day bud. I'm a health trainer the whole crack thing is a whole different thing you made yourself sound dumb. A person on a diet is not "addicted" to the food they just need to eat healthier a cheat day is perfectly fine. I only drink water but every Saturday I buy a Mountain Dew every other day I only have water.
