OMG- Susan is so brave to do Cryotherapy. I’m from Alaska but I always dress in layers when I go out in the cold. I have friends who jump into the cold Chena River during the summer months and stay in from 2-7 minutes. They love it. I don’t like being cold. Lol.

I miss working out early in the morning on Seminyak/Kuta beach. I use to drive to Seminyak beach and run to where the old McDonalds use to be in Kuta, then run back to my starting point. I also loved swimming for an hour in early morning when I didn’t run. I don’t think I can swim for an hour any longer ,I haven’t done it since 2020.

The sauna was invented by the Finlanders from Finland. Taking a sauna is so healthy for you as long as you don’t stay in to long at high temperatures. I remember when I was attending the Uni, my roommate stayed in to long and it was really hot. She walked out of the sauna and started staggering and almost collapsed. We had he sit down and drink water. She later stood under cold water in the shower. It was quite scary. We drove her to the dorm and kept an eye on her.
