Last January, I did a 25 minute coaching session with a woman named Carolyn from www.thepurpleponcho.com. She was so scared of being in front of a group that we began the session with our backs to the audience, but by the end she was comfortable looking out at the room and had begun a new relationship with her own imaginary futures.
