I think her reaction to the relationship question is just perfect given that by the time this interview was filmed her relationship with Lisa Evans had been public knowledge for at least two years. I wonder how the interviewer seemed to be the only person who didn't know she's gay and very open about it.

@@milenawisniewska6687 That's partly down to the fact that both her and Lisa don't make a big thing of being a couple. They are not going to be overtly saying look at us we're a gay couple or put on showy PDA moments just so everyone knows they are a couple, but you only have to see the way they look at each other when they are interviewed to see how much they are in love and you kind of forget that they are both women and just see two people who love each other.

@@milenawisniewska6687 I always say to anyone who says that their relationship is wrong or sinful, that the person is just jealous because they don't have someone who looks at them the way Viv and Lisa look at each other. They definitely are couple goals and an example to anyone of what a happy and loving relationship looks like

What if he asked “ideal daughter in law?” To a straight women’s footballer. Then it would be “omg did you just assume that I was lesbian just because I play football”. Conclusion. You are always wrong in this situation.

@@naj_z i mean people can always use gender neutral pronouns if you're not that sure about a specific gender, and change the way you ask about from something like "ideal daughter/son in law" to something like "are they an ideal partner ?"

It’s from the perspective from her parents. It’s a common expression in the Dutch language. When someone is an ideal son/daughter in law, he/she has the perfect personality traits to fit your parents likings you can show him/her to your parents without problem. The opposite of a bad person. But and ideal son in law can also mean that a person is boring and not interesting. It’s just a fun nothing to worry about thing. Interviewer was not serious.
