I just realised that having Alex there gives Billy a buddy. Always feel like its so lonely for Billy behind the camera filming then editing when this is his project. Love seeing him in front of the camera working which he clearly enjoys 😊 But it's also the constant chatter with Alex, Billys thought process and explanations that I really enjoy. The kitchenin low light with all the lights on is absolutely gorgeous!

In one of the English castles, they have secret cupboards in the wide doorways. You could put cleaning supplies in the space you have. Hoovers and dusting items , so they are close to where they are needed.

I think Simon is going to be astonished to see all of the completed work on the convent when he returns. He interned Yanis to be his clone when he is not there. Yanis is a quick learner. I see how much he looks up to you Billy and the respect he has for Mick as well with all of his knowledge. Rick, Yanis and Mick work so well together. They made easy work of that upstairs hall.

I used to work in an assisted living facility and they had the same tile work in the restrooms that you are covering up. I'm so glad because every time I see it I can smell where I used to work! Have you considered having the library doors open against the sidewalls of the mini void/passageway instead of into the middle of the library? This could be accomplished by flipping the doors around in their current position so they open out toward the dining room, or having them open into the library from the dining room wall.

I would happily be a passenger at this BEAUTIFUL hotel in France in the future. And I would tell some other passengers about this remodelation process while having breakfast at that wonderful dining room, at the GORGEOUS doble height library, and at the lovely Park.

Billy, in the false wall that you are making behind the bookshelves, would be a great place for a storage cupboard for a mop and bucket and a vac etc. As im sure cleaning will need to be done at times in the library. Would make life easier than dragging things around such a big building.

Noticed you tapping in the stud with your boot. Watch out for that, I used to that when working in a shipyard in my teens. I'm now in my sixties and I still have a tendency toward ingrown toenails on my previous kicking foot.

The deep wall you need to have an access door to the cavity. Then, you can store folded tables and chairs in the cavity area. Making a great storage area.
