That was a blue Heron. They are protected. The best way to deter them is to get a fake one and put it up. We had one that found our small pond and they ate all of our large 3 year old fish and punched holes in our liner.

BelieveCharms 101 It's very good. I usually eat rotisserie chicken with it. However, I like ketchup with the fast food chicken nuggets. It all depends on the chicken for me.

For the cats: I have two cats and they would dump the litter from the arm and hammer boxes too. Buy a tidy cats bucket (or a Lowe's bucket etc) and transfer the litter from the boxes into the bucket and they won't be able to get into it!! ✨♥️
