It's a gift we have and not a curse... remember that. I've been dealing with it for quite some time and its a great gift to be different from the others. Never forget that. Head up❤

I've been stuttering all my life its challenging every day and it's gona be there all my life so take it step by step mate 👍

I definitely hear you. Lee Lovett actually has an incredible book called “How to Stop Stuttering & Love Speaking”. That book alone made me see improvement in myself in a month than I saw in a year during speech therapy.
