Beans with baked ripe plantain, lentils cooked like mixed beans..with pepper, onions etc. You get the gist. Green plantain porridge with scent leaves/greens, boiled green/ripe plantain with stew, moimoi with baked hen/turkey, jollof/fried quinoa. Tiara can eat what she enjoys, for now. She is at that phase. Mom and dad, can eat the above suggested dishes. Just chiming in. 😀😃😀😃

Thinking about what to eat,can be a chore. The bulk of food is always carbs. Boring sometimes. It’s hard. If you’re advantageous with food,maybe try getting a cookbook for ideas. Hopefully that might help.

No gatekeeping here! We got the cow foot from Ample food market and the turkey for Abbey meat market, opposite mosaic African store. It’s a complex that has about 4 African stores
